At The Loveless Cafe, we want you to enjoy our Southern flavors to the fullest; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our pantry team within 14 days of delivery to resolve any issues with your order.
Inspect Your Shipment
Upon arrival, please carefully check your package for any signs of damage or missing items from your order of preserves, mixes, or smoked meats.
Document Issues
If you discover a damaged item, take a clear photograph of the product and its packaging to help our team process your claim quickly.
Contact Customer Support
Send an email to our pantry support team with your order number and the photos of the damaged goods to initiate a replacement request.
Receive Your Resolution
Once approved, we will ship out a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
